There are two straightforward ways you can book your holiday with us:

1. Online

Simply click on the 'Book Now' tab on the holiday of your choice, and follow the straightforward instructions that follow.

2. By phone

We’re happy to take bookings by phone and, in the event that you call out of working hours, just leave a message and we’ll get back to you to confirm your booking details, and to take your deposit to secure the booking.

In both instances, we’ll then send you a short booking form to complete. Don’t worry, it’s neither exhaustive nor exhausting to complete! But we place great pride in being organised, and recognise that this is a quality that ensures your holidays run smoothly, so a little critical information gathering is a good thing at this point.

Please note, as availability on our tours changes on a daily basis, we strongly advise you check the availability either on the website or by phoning us prior to booking. We’re a friendly bunch, and we’re always happy to chat about availability or, indeed, any other questions you might have before you book with us.

Deposits

Deposits comprise £150 for each person booked. We accept deposit payments by VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA and UK MAESTRO or bank transfer.

What happens next?

Once we have received your booking we will confirm it with you, and send you an information pack with all the further details necessary to allow you to prepare for your holiday – both general information common to all holidays, and details specific to your holiday – the checklist of species we hope to find, field-guide suggestions, etc. We aim to confirm bookings within a week.

We’ll be back in touch with you two months before your tour is due to depart, and will confirm the fine details of when and where we’ll all meet up on the first day of your holiday. At this point, the final balance of your holiday is due.
